Can you rush an order?
Yes, we can make the calls needed. For time-sensitive orders, please call our Customer Service department during business hours at (833) 739-3787 and (619) 863-4557 ext. 1.
How to obtain the tracking information of my shipments?
A confirmation email will be sent to your attention with your tracking information once your order has been processed and once your order has shipped so you can track your shipment every step of the way. Occasionally these emails are blocked by your SPAM filter or placed in your junk mail folder. To ensure the delivery of our emails, please add [email protected] to your safe senders list in your email account management program.
What kind of shipping services do you use?
All our customers, dealers and resellers have the option of selecting the service method and company preference for their shipment. Do to this selection all our shipments are free on board (FOB), meaning that the company is not responsible of late shipments, lost packages, customs and brokerage fees or any damage created during handling by the shipping service.
The initial shipping fee is not refundable once the product has been shipped, if the customer wants to change the delivery address or cancel the order once the package has been shipped a $13 USD fee will be charged or discounted if a cancel request is received.

Yes, our orders are processed securely and in compliance with all laws and regulations. Our website has an SSL certificate and secure transactions so that our customers have the security that their purchases will be made safely without worrying about their information being taken by third parties or additional charges.

Your immediate confirmation is available for you to print at the end of the checkout process, once your process is complete. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Cleto Reyes accepts the return or exchange of merchandise with the original receipt and package for up to 60 days after purchase. Online and store returns apply a 25% restocking fee. The shipping and handling cost are cover by the customer, the original cost of shipping is nonrefundable. Dealer and reseller returns must be handled by them directly, please contact your authorized dealer. All sales are final on personalized or customized products, clothing, shoes and personal items like hand wraps, groin protectors and mouth guards without exception. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment.

What is the estimated time for my order to be process and received?
Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days after the order is received. Please note: this processing time occurs for all orders including those placed with expedited shipping. Delivery time depends on the level of service you select and where you are located.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) will process the same business day. Shipping time frame are Business Days only, if you place your order late Friday we will process it on Monday morning, thank you for your consideration.
Can I make an order via telephone?

How do I clean my Cleto Reyes boxing equipment?
Is very important to take care of your equipment for them to have a better longevity and durability. The care of each product is different you can check in Cleaning and Care Tips or Care of our Products.
Do Cleto Reyes products have a warranty?
Cleto Reyes warranty does not cover used, wear and tear or misused products. Products will be repair or replaced with the proof of original purchase only (receipt and package) in the same condition as received. Cleto Reyes will replace the product one day after purchase or one day after delivery notification. Please consider covering the shipping and handling cost. The 60 days warranty only applies for manufacturing defects. The item will be analyzed to evaluate if it is a manufacturing defect or a created damage. If the customer tries to fix up the product themselves, the warranty will be automatically lost. All our customers, dealers and resellers accept the policies published on our invoices and website.
The first step to start the warranty process you must send the following information to [email protected].
- Copy of the original receipt or order number.
- Detailed description of the defect.
- Serial number of the product.
- Include photos of the serial number, of the part of the product where the defect is located (if the defect is internal, be very emphatic in the description).
- General image of the product.
