Sometimes we need someone’s company for exercises, it makes it more fun, so we bring you some exercises you can do with your partner outdoor.
Hold the plank position 15 seconds on each hand, and with the one that it’s in the air give a hi five with your partner.
Take your partner’s hand, make a 90-degree flexion and repeat it 20 times.
one of you is standing and the other one lying down, hold hands and the person above makes the pushup while the one below helps him with his arms, repeat 10 times and then switch place.
Put your feet together, laydown and then go up and down together contracting your abs and touching hands when you are up. Repeat 10 times.
Turn on your back with each other and go down until your knees are at 90 degrees and hold that position for as long as you can. Repeat 2 or 3 times.
Now you can take your partner to the park and start working out.
