Timeframe for Returns:

You may return or exchange merchandise within 60 days of the original purchase date, counting from the day of purchase. This policy includes weekends and holidays.

Restocking Fee:

All returns, whether in-store or online, are subject to a 25% restocking fee, except for defective or damaged items.

Shipping and Handling Costs:

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Additionally, please note that the original shipping cost is nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Dealer and Reseller Returns:

Dealers and resellers should handle returns directly with their authorized dealer. Please contact your authorized dealer for assistance.

  • All sales are final on clothing, shoes, and personal items like hand wraps, groin protectors, and mouth guards without exception.

Refund Method:

Returns will be refunded in the method of the original payment.
