Order Acceptance

When you press the “PLACE ORDER” button, you confirm your order and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted our Terms & Conditions. We will process and dispatch your items promptly and send you an email with a tracking number. If your financial institution does not accept or process your order, we will notify you via email.

Order Processing and Shipping

We prioritize swift delivery. Here’s how we handle order processing and shipping:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) on business days (Monday through Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday before 12:00 PM (PST) will be processed the following Monday.
  • Our shipping time frames apply only to business days. If you place your order late on Friday, we will process it on Monday morning.

Shipping Responsibility

You can choose your preferred service method and shipping company for your orders. Our shipments are “free on board (FOB)”, meaning Cleto Reyes USA is not responsible for late shipments, lost packages, customs and brokerage fees, or any handling damage incurred during shipping.

Payment Security

We prioritize your security. We keep all information confidential and do not store your credit card details. Ensure that your credit or debit card information matches the billing address your bank has on record. We do not accept money orders or personal checks. If you encounter payment issues, our support team is available to assist you.

Shipping Fees

Once we ship a product, the initial shipping fee is nonrefundable. If you request an address change or cancellation after shipping, we will apply a $13.00 USD fee or deduct it from your refund.

Signature Confirmation

For your protection, we require a signature upon delivery to ensure that packages reach you securely.

Returns and Exchanges

We value your satisfaction. You may return or exchange a product within 60 days of purchase with the original receipt and packaging.

  • For online returns, a 25% restocking fee applies unless the product is defective or damaged. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the original shipping cost is nonrefundable.
  • If you purchased our products through a dealer or reseller, contact them directly for returns and exchanges. They will assist you according to their policies.
  • Please note that personalized or customized products, clothing, shoes, and personal items like hand wraps, groin protectors, and mouth guards cannot be returned.
